Job Description

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks that will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
Provide information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, website, and other related information.
Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
Assists with scanning of daily shipping documents.
Provides assistance with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, collating
Performs other duties as assigned or required by the position.

Possession of strong organizational skills and computer skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as accept direction on given assignments.
Ability to work collectively and collaboratively with administrative team associates.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Frequently required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Must be able to communicate effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possession of strong organizational skills and computer skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
