Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist with process improvement initiatives to help build efficiencies within the day-to-day
manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and organize process improvement opportunities.
Challenge existing processes and performance by acting as a change agent for process improvement/ integration.
Assist with trouble shooting in a manufacturing environment.
Review and improve plant layout to improve flow of materials and production work.
Additional assistance with operations projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Requirements
Must be a college student seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or an engineering related field.
GPA of 3.0 or higher is desired.
Positive team-oriented attitude.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Solid working knowledge with CAD software is beneficial but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Strong initiative as well as a high degree of professionalism and emotional maturity.
