Operations Finance Manager
Job Summary & Essential Functions:
The Operations Finance Manager is a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting to the Head of FP&A. This newly created role will be responsible for supporting and developing new and existing operational initiatives to drive gross margin expansion and revenue growth across the company’s 14 different P&Ls. Accurate forecasting and the ability to impact the numbers through action are critical skills for this role, as well as having a knack for teaching and training others. It is also important that the candidate has experience in the manufacturing industry.
This is a high visibility role and the candidate must be able to complete assignments with tight deadlines and communicate results to the executive management team. Assignments will range in scope but will follow the ultimate goal of driving actions to improve the financial results of the company.
