The Tulsa Performance Center specializes in Electronic Systems and produces complex printed circuit cards and components for mission-critical military and space programs.

Job Summary and Essential Functions:

FIRST and WEEKEND Shifts available

Load and assist with setup and staging of product on the SMT lines. 

  • Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines
  • Assist the operator in setting up and running all pick and place machines
  • Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components
  • Perform other assignments as required

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand load plans
  • Ability to read and understand production drawings
  • Basic component identification skills
  • Ability to build electronic assemblies
  • Regular use of vision to see objects at close range with
    occasional depth perception to objects where and as they actually are and
    adjustment of lens of eye to see objects in sharp focus at varying close
    distances. Microscope work may be required for some positions
  • Color vision required
