Job Summary & Essential Functions:
- Provide test engineering for facility.
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of product when not functioning to specifications
- Develop testing procedures
- Perform test equipment and fixture design responsibilities
- Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures and test equipment
- Analyze customer requirements and develop testing procedures
Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:
- BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school
- 2+ years experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes
- Troubleshooting analysis and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings including specifications and schematics
- Prior experience with an ISO environment is desired
- Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities
- Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired
- Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project
- Flexible with high energy, able to handle multiple tasks smoothly & effectively
- Knowledge of Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) thermal, vibration, humidity desired
