Job Summary & Essential Functions:  

  • Provide test engineering for facility.    
  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting of product when not functioning to specifications
  • Develop testing procedures
  • Perform test equipment and fixture design responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures and test equipment
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop testing procedures

Skills & Qualifications

Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications: 

  • BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school
  • 2+ years experience

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  •  Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes
  • Troubleshooting analysis and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings including specifications and schematics
  • Prior experience with an ISO environment is desired
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities
  • Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired
  • Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project
  • Flexible with high energy, able to handle multiple tasks smoothly & effectively
  • Knowledge of Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) thermal, vibration, humidity desired
