Job Description

Responsible for all accounts payable processing, including interaction with Receiving, Purchasing, Supplier and personnel to resolve discrepancies and exception issues.

  • Registering, matching, and approving accounts payable documents
  • Research and reply to supplier statements, phone call, e-mails, and accounts payable discrepancies

  • File paid and unpaid accounts payable documents

  • Work in a team environment.

  • Prepare month end accounts payable accruals.

  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Meet critical position deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Process all transactions accurately and timely.

  • Adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley risk control matrixes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Computer literate with all Microsoft Office applications, experience with integrated MRP systems - Baan system is a plus.

  • Processing of supplier invoices

  • Issuance of supplier payments

  • Supplier maintenance for account setup

  • Supplier inquiry and follow-up support

  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Experience with automated financial transactions associated with an ERP system, Baan system is a plus.

  • Minimum two years accounts payable experience.
