Job Description


Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings for various departments.

  • Prepare memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software as necessary.

  • File and organize hard copy and soft copy information for a various department

  • Completes computer data entry and maintains complete records for various departments

  • Assists in analyzing data and records as required

  • Establishes external communications with various agencies

  • Assists in maintaining equipment identification and associated calibration dates.

  • Supports all internal and external activities which includes but is not limited to audits, meetings, company events, customer visits, etc

  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

  • Reconciles the daily clock, job hours and other Baan parameters as required

  • Computer data entry to support ERP / Baan requirements.

  • Prepare memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software as necessary

  • File and organize hard copy and soft copy information for a various department

  • Maintains and manages a manager and/or executives schedules

  •                 Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications


  • Two-year degree in Business\Secretarial courses or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills, i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

  • Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of personnel

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Conscientious, organized and meticulous - records must be accurate and maintained

  • Read and understand internal procedures and policies

  • Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions

  • Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

  • Ability to perform basic math functions at a 7th grade level
