Job Description


Job Summary & Essential Functions: Provide administrative support directly to the Performance Center Director and the respective management team and assist with special projects.   

Essential Functions

% of Time

• Process and run reports as needed

• Identify, promote and comminicate opportunities for continuous improvement

• Maintain project files and schedules

• Organize tasks and workflow

• Enter, retrieve, and analyze various information.

• Interact with other departments

• Track and follow up on assigned actions

• Provide initial review of Export Compliancy adherence, including ITAR/EAR asseessment

• Verify documents for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance

• Set-up digital files (laser fiche, etc.) in accordance with procedure


• Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.

• Performs other duties as assigned
