Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
On a production basis, performs light electronic and/or electromechanical assembly of high complexity.
Work requires assembly skills of high level with aid of good hand and eye coordination, variety of hand tools and simple test equipment
Engage and comprehend complex documents such as AI’s, PI’s and SWI’s of similar complexity with some level of supervision.
Plan work sequences under Cell Lead or Supervisor supervision
Must complete all assigned paper work, and perform other duties as assigned or required by the position.
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Soldering experience J Std required
Must be able to work under a 10X microscope
Should have familiarity in reading and interpreting documents such as blue prints or mechanical drawings
Basic knowledge of the types of Electronic Components is a must.
