Job Summary & Essential Functions:  The following describes in general terms the purpose and
scope of the position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Coordinate scheduling for employee training; maintain training log and HRIS data entry for facility.

Assist in audit preparation and coordination of data as requested.

Schedule and set up for employee events.

Maintain employee personnel, medical/benefits filing as needed.

Maintain company Employer Training Panel grant documentation.

Assist with document retention project and other HR 6-s projects.

Participate in manufacturing Kaizen event.

Assist with collective bargaining agreement negotiations documentation.







Skills & Qualifications


Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the outlined experience level, education, training, minimum years of experience, product or industry knowledge plus any certifications in order to be considered.  

Currently enrolled in a four year degree program in pursuit of a business degree or associated field of study.

Must have proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must have a strong attention to detail.

Must have the ability to work with all levels of customers [internally & externally]

Conscientious, organized  and accurate record keeping 

Must have the ability to read and understand internal procedures and policies

Understands and follows through  on both verbal and written instructions

Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook

Understanding of confidentiality within the HR department
