Job Description
Job Summary & Essential Functions:
Responsible forimplementation, availability, performance, maintenance, troubleshooting,repair and security remediation of the I.T. infrastructure including data centersand related systems, data backup methods and systems, client work stations and anti-virus and related systems.
Essential Functions

• Maintain all aspects of the site I.T. infrastructure, resources.. This includes data center equipment and operations, hardware inventories, software licensing, applicable maintenance agreements, subscriptions and service contracts.
• Perform routine remediation of various security vulnerabilities such as certificates, patching, authentication, IIS, SNMP, SMB, printers and out-of-band (iLO, DRAC) equipment.
• Perform Cloud Office 365 security, administrative maintenance, account management and site integrations.
• Ensure maximum uptime of all data center and critical production system related computers by effective troubleshooting and resolution of Operating System and hardware issues.
• Ensure high availability of data including managing all aspects of data backup.
• Responsible for resolving Local Area Network (LAN) issues where applicable and coordinating with the Network Manager regarding network or other infrastructure changes, improvements and Wide Area Network (WAN) / LAN issues.
• Maintain liaison and communications with all departments regarding system activities.
• Prioritize, schedule, review and ensure the timely and complete resolution and documentation of site Help Desk system tickets.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Active Directory Schema and Group Policies while managing site specific User Accounts, Security and Distribution Groups and related change requests.

• Work as required during nights and weekends to support urgent site or IT needs
• Responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of specific enterprise applications, including ERP and related applications, when directed.
• Ensure compliance with established anti-virus and related standards
• Execute Standard Work activities.
• Assist team in troubleshooting and support tasks when circumstances warrant.
• Perform and document Disaster Recovery drills for the site when directed.
• Support the I.T. Security, Applications Development, Training / Audit and Network Staff, and the IT Operations staff of other sites to accomplish I.T. Department and Company goals.
• Regularly schedule meetings with site leadership as part of a continuous process improvement/customer focus activity

Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the outlined experience level, education, training, minimum years of experience, product or industry knowledge plus any certifications in order to be considered.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. HS Diploma or GED required.
5 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving issues with server and client hardware and operating systems and applications including Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP, file and print services, anti-virus and Microsoft Office
Experience with McAfee Admin for Endpoint Security and Application Control, highly desired
Experience in ELK scripting and Dockers, highly desired
Previous IT experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Help Desk management software experience.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified I.T. Professional (MCITP) preferred
Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office including intermediate knowledge in Word and Excel.
Demonstrated experience with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT control frameworks; ITIL preferred.
