Operations Business Analyst
Job Description
- Key interface with Sr. VP of Operations for interaction with company leadership and cross functional subject matter experts.
- Position impact realized through effective data analysis, project management, data gathering, assessment, analysis across immediate, short and long term business planning and actions.
- Work closely with all levels of leadership and subject matter experts to outline current conditions and plans to build execution plans, performance monitoring and performance tracking/management.
- Diverse position participates and administratively leads cross functional engagement across various stakeholders on tactical and strategic level projects and initiatives
- Strong communication, inquiry, questioning, listening, problem solving and collaborating skills
- Effective communication of project purpose, deliverables, insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Key conduit of information aligned to outlining current condition, data and analysis of scenarios leading to accomplishment of objectives through facilitation of solutions.
- Ability to clearly outline and simplify information and plans for clarity, understanding and impact
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance preferred
- 2 plus years’ experience in finance preferably FPA, internships count
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
