  • Provide administrative support within the department and assist with special projects.
  • General data entry
  • Organize tasks and workflow
  • Enter, retrieve, and analyze various information.
  • Interact with other departments

  • Maintain project files and schedules
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
  • Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
  • Perform other assignments as required

  • Must have basic Microsoft Office skills, including e-mail, Word, and Excel - prefer intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • May be required to navigate the Internet efficiently and effectively
  • Able to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Problem-solving and prioritization skills

Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:

  • High School diploma required; associate’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
