We are seeking a high energy, results driven leader to join our electronics team as a proposals lead. The proposals lead will manage the relationship with large customers to develop proposals.  Proposals are often complex, primarily in aerospace and defense, and support Federal Government and commercial opportunities.  Our proposals lead will be responsible for managing material and labor estimators and for analyzing Requests for Quotation (RFQ’s), and providing advice on bid strategy, risk assessment, and price data requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project management experience in a manufacturing company. They will thrive on winning and have excellent negotiation skills. A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, accounting or business administration will allow this candidate to successfully navigate the requirements of preparing a professional proposal to large customers.
