Ducommun Scholars
Since 2005, Ducommun has awarded scholarships annually to students. Each scholarship award is up to $3000 and is renewable for up to three years based on student eligibility. This program is available exclusively to Ducommun full-time employees’ children and grandchildren who attend a 4-year college/university or 2-year accredited technical or vocational college.

Keeping It Local
At our Appleton, Wis., facility, we are sending our discarded packing materials to the local Goodwill, saving waste from the landfill while providing the organization with needed supplies.
Employee Engagement
Employees are a key component of our company’s global citizenship efforts. Whether tutoring students, walking in the local Relay for Life, contributing to a company-sponsored food drive or volunteering with a local children’s hospital, their efforts enhance what we contribute to the communities where we do business. We support organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, American Red Cross, Ronald McDonald House, Toys for Tots, and local schools, hospitals and food pantries.
