Sales Administrative Assistant

The primary responsibility of the Sales Administrative Assistant is collating quote information, providing updates, liaising with engineers & operations, and resolving customer queries.

Our Facility in Carson, CA is our Engineered Products Group location, which houses our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, Radiofrequency Departments.  

  Job Summary
  • Provide quotes for any request from the Program Management (PM) team or customers.
  • Responsible for engaging and collecting information from all functions to pull the quote together.
  • Effectively Log and track the quote, chasing up the PM Team where required.
  • Effectively work alongside PM Team to track progress on quotes.
  • Review and update quote where appropriate.
  • Ensure accuracy of quotes and alignment to Revenue and Profit targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A team player but able to work under own initiative and escalate as necessary.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Good communicator, at all levels, and can present their case competently and fluently – both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple issues and short-term projects concurrently.
  • Technical Knowledge or Industry experience desirable.
  • Estimating knowledge or experience desirable.
  • IT literacy – Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years in an administrative support role.

Base Compensation: USD 21.00 - 27.00 Paid Hourly
