FP&A Finance Manager

The FP&A Finance Manager is a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting to the Head of FP&A. This role is be responsible for supporting and developing new and existing initiatives to drive revenue and EPS growth across the company’s 16 performance center P&Ls. Accurate forecasting and the ability to impact the numbers through action are critical skills for this role, as well as having a knack for teaching and training others. This is a high visibility role and the candidate must be able to complete assignments with tight deadlines and communicate results to the executive management team. Assignments will range in scope but will follow the ultimate goal of driving actions to improve the financial results of the company.

Job Summary

  • Strong financial operations and financial planning & analysis experience
  • Knowledge of accounting systems, ERP systems, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and financial reporting
  • Strong cost accounting background
  • Proven experience with OneStream (or another leading financial consolidation system, such as Hyperion Financial Management)
  • Excellent problem solving abilities through cross-functional collaboration
  • Expert with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels throughout the organization, including executive management
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adjust workload as needed
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Required Experience and Education

  • 5-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting a plus

Base Compensation: USD 115,000.00 - 135,000.00 Paid Salaried
