Job Summary

• Prepare pumps and spray gun for spraying maskant.
  
• Spray maskant on parts per work order instructions. 
• Responsible for proper storage of maskant and related products.
• Other duties as assigned including dip masking, cleaning, and transporting parts.
• Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their
  work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned including leading projects and participation in project
  committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret customer specifications.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a mil thickness gauge required.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane.
• Must be able to comply with specific safety policies.
• Read and understand internal procedures and policies.
• Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions.
• Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.
• Basic Computer Skills- able to learn new screens, reports, functions, and simple software programs
  with assistance. 
• Critical thinking skills and good decision-making thought processes
• Ability to effectively communicate among all levels within the organization.

Required Experience and Education

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 1 – 3 years’ experience preferred 

Base Compensation: USD 18.00 - 21.00 Paid Hourly
