Associate Manufacturing Engineer
Provide project and engineering support for strategic aerospace and defense customers.

Our Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.
Job Summary
- Assist in establishing operational methods and work standards using various measurement techniques
- Analyze existing operations and propose cost-justified improvements
- Optimize use of floor space, materials, personnel, and equipment
- Analyze work station designs for ergonomic compliance
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record-keeping systems
- Perform other assignments as required
Minimum Qualification
- Associates degree in industrial engineering is preferred
- 4 or more years experience in engineering functions consistent with the specific position requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes together with work measurement and work standards
- Proficient in technical writing, with good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical
- Required: able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Prior experience with an ISO-9000 AS-9000 environment is a plus
- Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities
- Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in e-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project
