Aftermarket Sales Manager
Job Description
A strong leader with solid industry background that pro-actively seeks out new markets and new opportunities to drive growth in the Commercial Aircraft and Military Aircraft/Vehicle cockpit, lighted panel, switch and avionic segments. This individual must be experienced in the identification of new opportunities, identifying technology related opportunities which grow the enterprise, engage in sales development, developing capture plans, formulating winning proposals and the management of key customers to secure new business in third party repairs.
Research and prepare market analysis with addressable market, segmentation by customer and by geographic region
Development of business and product strategies including defining the value proposition and product differentiation
Development of key markets and market opportunities once identified develop strategies to win
Development customer contacts and relationships at a working and senior level
Preparation of proposals to communicate the sales proposition and value of the Ducommun Technologies product and services
Opportunity financial analysis with NPV and ROI calculation
Coordinate with Program Management the preparation of proposal and execution of contracts
Understanding of the competitive landscape and competitors strategies
Development the technical visions and direction based on the market and customer strategic direction
Drive top and bottom growth in the aftermarket business
